What we collect
- Slot requests: your name, phone, optional email, language, the service you chose, when you are free, and any note you add. We use these only to contact you about that request.
- Newsletter: your email, whether you chose the readers' or the practitioners' letter, your practice if you gave it, and the page you signed up on. We use these only to send the letters you asked for. Nothing is sent until you click the confirm button in our first email, and every letter has a one-click unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you did, so we never write to you again by mistake.
- Corrections: what you tell us, and your name and email only if you give them.
- Searches with no result: the words searched, with no name, account or IP address attached, so we know which pages to write next.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
- We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
- We do not ask for detailed health information on this site until the secure intake form, which is covered by its own consent.
Where it is kept
Our site, its database and our emails run on Cloudflare. Access is limited to the people who handle your request.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact form and choose "The site in general".
