What the texts say
Radish (mūlaka, मूली) is one of eight foods in this list. The rule is narrower than "no radish with meat": it names three kinds of meat, from domestic, marsh and water animals, and it is about eating them in the same meal. For the whole list, Charaka warns of deafness, blindness, tremors, coldness, an unclear or nasal voice, loss of speech, or death.[1]
The modern view
We found no study that tests radish eaten with meat.
